Office carpets handle heavier foot traffic, and it keeps coming day after day. The result is more overall soiling, visible traffic lanes, and dirt pressed deep into the pile.
Commercial premises usually have the advantage of space. Larger open floors let us bring in heavy-duty single-disc machines, carpet scrubbers, and extraction equipment for a more intensive clean that covers more ground.
Why Does It Cost More?
For smaller homes, the rate per square foot can look higher. Every job carries the same fixed costs regardless of carpet size: transport, bringing the equipment in, setup, and manpower.
Commercial projects cover much larger areas, so those fixed costs are spread out. That makes the per-square-foot rate more competitive for bigger jobs. The final price still depends on the carpet’s condition, how easy the area is to access, the cleaning method, and any specialised stain treatment needed.

Do you provide a guarantee on your service?
Yes. Not satisfied? Let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area free of charge. If a treated spot reappears within a reasonable period, we will come back and re-treat it.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery for rugs?
Yes. On-site rug cleaning starts from S$200, while pick-up and delivery starts from S$280, inclusive of transportation.
Do you offer carpet cleaning on weekends or after office hours?
Yes. We operate seven days a week, and after-hours cleaning is available for commercial clients who prefer no work disruption. These slots fill up fast, so book early.

It depends on the size and the condition of the carpet being serviced. A space under 700 sq ft takes around 45 minutes. Larger commercial areas can take four hours or more.
Which is more effective, dry or wet carpet cleaning?
Each method is suitable for specific situations. Wet cleaning works best on heavily soiled carpets. Dry cleaning suits light maintenance and situations where you need the carpet back in use quickly.
Do you provide stain protection treatment?
Yes. We offer stain repellents such as 3M Scotchgard, which help keep carpets fresher for longer and extend their lifespan.
Can you guarantee complete removal of all pet stains?
We will be honest with you here. Our techniques have a high success rate, but some permanent damage and dye changes from pet urine cannot be fully reversed. We assess each case first and tell you what to expect before we start.

What should I prepare before your cleaners arrive?
Clear the floor of small or fragile items and light objects, and that’s it. Pre-vacuuming is welcome but not required. A thorough vacuum is already the first step of our process.
What items am I responsible for moving before the service?
Small valuables, fragile items, and electronics. Our team can help with light furniture if needed.
How long should I wait before walking on the carpet after cleaning?
For wet carpet cleaning, carpets typically require around 4–6 hours to dry, depending on ventilation, humidity and carpet thickness. For dry powder cleaning, there is minimal moisture involved, so the carpet can generally be used immediately after cleaning.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
At least once a year for low-traffic areas. Homes with pets, children, or heavy foot traffic may need cleaning every three to six months.
Can my colleagues keep working during the cleaning?
